Bibimbap – Korean Restaurant in Soho
This restaurant in London´s Soho area offers a delicious dish from Korea, Bibimbap, which is served with rice in a hot stone bowl, along with various vegetables and a Korean hot chilli paste called gochujang*. After waiting a 10 minute queue (short time for a Friday night in London) we could have a place and glance at the menu. From the menu was pretty clear that the main dish here is the Bibimbap that you can choose in different versions; from the traditional “Dol sot” (with bean sprouts, spinach, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms and fired egg) to other varieties with chicken teriyaky, beef strips or mixed seafood.
